It's All in the Hip

Jumped rope for 10 min, then did some shadowboxing and bag work. Finished up with a bit of light sparring.

Kicking 101
* Use hips
* After kick, drop foot, don't hold it up
* Think "whip"
* Hit with shin, not knee or instep
